  Employee Christmas Party
  Christmas Tree in Community Room

Thanh Ngo, Rosie Randall and Lai Truong enjoy each other's company at the annual employee Christmas Party. This Tuesday afternoon, the Sisters gathered together with many of the monastery employees for the annual employee Christmas party. This annual gathering provides an opportunity for the community to express their thanks to the people who spend so many hours helping to keep the monastery running.

Lai hands Sister Patricia the next name for the grab bag gifts. With this year's celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Benedictine Sisters' presence in Chicago, the employees received a commemorative Christmas ornament. Additionally, the Sisters prepared grab bag gifts which employees chose from under the tree. Many found their gifts to be exactly to their liking, others enjoyed an additional "game" of gift swapping among themselves. The Benedictine Sisters of Chicago are grateful for the dedicated efforts of these women and men.
